Professor Frank Oberklaid OAM is the founding director of the Centre for Community Child Health at the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne and is also Professor of Paediatrics at the University of Melbourne. He is a highly regarded specialist paediatrician and brings a wealth of skills and knowledge to Smiling Mind.
