Feedback and complaints are an important part of improving our products and services and we value you taking the time to share your feedback with us. We always take complaints seriously and will investigate them appropriately.

The Basics

 
  • Unfortunately, you aren't able to change the email address attached to your account. If you would like an app account associated with a different email address: 

    1. Delete your current account via the 'profile' section within the app settings

    2. Sign out of your account 

    3. Tap the 'create my free account button'

    4. Create a new account with your preferred email address

  • If you forgot your password please follow these steps:

    1. Either open the app or go to app.smilingmind.com.au and click “Sign In”

    2. Click “Forgot your password?”

    3. Enter your email address and click “Submit”

    4. Go to your email inbox and click the link in the email you received from us

    5. Choose a new password and click “Submit”

    If you didn't receive the email it may be in your spam folder or you may have used the wrong email address. If you have signed up using a social media account (Google or Facebook) you will not be able to reset your password as your details are managed by these companies.

  • At this stage we are not looking to integrate with Apple Health or Google Fit. We regularly release new functionality so keep your app up-to-date to take advantage of the latest enhancements. 

  • Most audio sessions in the app offer both male and female voice options. You can change music and voice settings by tapping the music note icon while listening to any audio session.  

    If you have a preferred voice option, you can set it as the default in your 'App settings'.   

  • We take your privacy very seriously and have a number of procedures in place to ensure that all data we collect is protected. Our Privacy Policy and App Terms of Use are available on our website.
